VLA Membership 2011/12VLA Committee: Please accept this as my application for membership or renewal of membership. I agree to receive all notices from the Association by email at the address included on this application.
Please note the following:
1. Fees are $40 if paid by 1st Dec and $50 thereafter.
2. The 30 cent booking fee has been incorporated into the total fee you pay.
3. A mobile number is the preferred phone contact number.
4. If you do not have a boat, enter a Sail Number of 999999.
5. You can seach for your YA membership number on the YA web-site - sailing.org.au
6. Provision of your Birth Date allows the VLA to develop a program suited to the appropriate Age Divisions
