City of Bayswater Avon Descent Family Fun Day

Sunday, 8th August 2010, 11am to 6pm, Riverside Gardens, Bayswater

The City of Bayswater's Avon Descent Family Fun Day is seeking expressions of interest from commercial and community food vendors to participate in the event. The event is a free family fun day that attracts around 12,000 people.

Applications will be accepted online only and close on Friday 2nd July 2010. Vendors will be notified if they have been accepted into the event by mail by Friday 9th July 2010.

Successful vendors will be required to attend a mandatory information evening at 5.30pm on Friday 16th July at the City of Bayswater Civic Centre, 61 Broun Avenue, Morley.

All monies paid for vending positions that are not successful will be returned immediately by electronic transfer.

Completion of this expression of interest is not a guarantee of a vending position.
