The City of Bayswater's Autumn River Festival sponsored by Galleria Toyota is seeking expressions of interest from community groups to participate in the event. The event is a family fun day that attracts around 12,000 people.

Applications will be accepted online only and close on Friday 26th February 2010. Groups will be notified if they have been accepted into the event by mail by Friday 5th March 2010.

It is free for community groups to participate in the event. The City of Bayswater will provide groups with a marquee, power, trestle tables and chairs.

Community groups must be incorporated and hold a current certificate of incorporation to be considered. Groups that do not hold a certificate of incorporation are considered commercial and will be required to pay a fee of $75 for their stall. If you are a commercial vendor please register here
