Palates of Port: Port Douglas Carnivale 2010
DETAILS: Carnivale is proud to present it's inaugural dinner in the park featuring a degustation menu of individually designed dishes by the eight chefs that have fought it out at the Carnivale Food Fight event on the previous evening. As each course is served the chef will demonstrate how their dish is created and reveal secrets that make their dish special. Eight great wines will be paired with each course.
