We're bumping a boat upstream, jostling ridiculously against the river's natural flow… It's a silly, funny, stupidly serious ride in the exact opposite direction of all common sense… But don't worry; I'll do the paddling!  You just sit there and enjoy, as I defend all things awful and senselessly attack things most people hold dear.  Oh I'll do it in a funny way - but I'm a Contrarian and this is what we do.  We choose to go against natural flow and I believe anything that acquires mainstream acceptance demands to be challenged, for wide appeal is seldom won through just means.

But still, why? 

 Because being contrary makes me feel like I'm different and unique and that feels really good and I want you to feel good too.  I don't want you to all see the world how I see it, I just want you to see it differently to how you did before you got in the boat... Now get in the boat.
