Every day around the world, huge hemispheric planetarium screens are used as inter-galactic canvases, to showcase the wonders of our Universe.   With full dome venues now exceeding the number of IMAX and other large format theatres worldwide, the medium is receiving attention from filmmakers around the world.  

DomeFest is an annual event held in Albuquerque, New Mexico, showcasing the best international astronomy productions and films that depart from that subject and tradition.  The Best of DomeFest: Retro5pective is a stunning collection of the best fulldome productions that have picked up coveted prizes at DomeFest over five years.
