Short Circuit Music - 2010WHAT: Short Circuit Music - 2010 aims to launch emerging musicians/singers and give them an opportunity to perform. It also seeks to provide a performance space for more experienced young musicians/singers who simply want to be on stage again or may want to showcase a new work. All performers are between 13-25 years old.
