The Lost Bullboar

The bullboar sausage is an historical food product created by the Swiss Italian settlers of our region. Each family have their own special recipe. Join descendants in a hands on day using traditional processes. Learn the tips that make this sausage so unique. Use recipes hidden for over 50 years. Make fresh and curing varieties. Take home a selection.

Bring an apron and a sharp knife.

Book early, numbers are extremely limited.
