F1430 Behind the Scenes - Conservation

WHAT: The Gallery conservators protect & maintain the paintings, works on paper and objects that make up the State Collection. The public rarely have an opportunity to see art works that are under examination and repair, or to hear about the techniques that the conservators use to clean, repair and prevent future damage. Join Senior Conservator of Paintings Dr Kubik as she reveals some of her practices in the Conservation Lab & Print Room. This is a rare chance to see behind the scenes.
