You simply set up the event's online booking so people can select their table by either a Year Level (for a school or sports clubs) or by Table Captains or by Company, or by any criteria that works for your organisation. During the booking process guests choose their table from the list, they can make food choices or dietary requests and provide any information you need to make the event run smoothly.

Now in a few quick keystokes you can print a meals-list for the caterer, a table list, a guest list, name tags and export any information into your own Excel spreadsheets.
