Breath, Meditation, Inner Smile, Healing Sounds and Qigong movement for life energy restoration & vitality:
• nervous system regulation, stress relief
• inner landscape replenishment & energy pathways cleared
• cultivation of a grounded embodied personal practice
• suitable for beginners & experienced practitioners of all ages
Practical details:
* wear loose comfortable clothing
* bring a mat or blanket
* bring water bottle
* seated meditations are from a chair or from your mat/blanket
