We warmly invite Upper Sixth students and their families to join us for the annual Leavers' Breakfast and Chapel Service ahead of Seniors' Prizegiving.
This special occasion offers an opportunity to come together in celebration and reflection before they embark on their next chapter.
The morning will begin with breakfast, offering students, parents and staff the chance to share memories and celebrate achievements. This will be followed by a Chapel Service.

Peter Pan - Year 6 Production

Year 6 Class of 2026 presents Peter Pan! Join our Prep pupils as they take flight on a magical adventure to Neverland, where pirates, fairies and the Lost Kids await. Packed with laughter, adventure and a little pixie dust, this enchanting production promises to be a Neverland you'll never forget. So think happy thoughts, second star to the right, and come along for an evening that's sure to leave audiences soaring!
***Please note: There is a maximum of five tickets, across both nights, per child. Any additional tickets purchased beyond this limit will be cancelled, and entry may be refused due to event capacity.***

Piano Festival

Join us for a delightful evening of piano music in Bushell Hall, performed on the magnificent Steinway grand piano.
The evening will begin with welcome drinks and light refreshments, accompanied by informal performances from our beginner and intermediate pianists. This will be followed by a recital showcasing some of our more advanced players, alongside special appearances and a short talk from members of our piano teaching team.

Join us for a day on the greens at Prenton Golf Club, bringing together Old Birkonians, parents and pupils for a friendly golfing experience. Players must have experience of playing 18 holes and a valid playing handicap to enter.
Price (includes golf, dinner and prizes):

Enjoy a relaxed round of golf and the chance to reconnect with the Birkenhead School community. The day concludes with awards and dinner.

Join us for the Birkenhead School Annual Fundraising Dinner. A special evening that brings together our school community in support of this year's Senior School Hockey Tour to Holland in July, helping to provide pupils with a memorable opportunity to compete internationally, develop their skills, and experience sport and culture beyond the classroom.
We are delighted to be welcoming Kate Richardson-Walsh, Olympic gold medallist and former captain of Great Britain women's national field hockey team, as our guest speaker for the evening.

Blood Brothers - Seniors Drama Production

Blood Brothers is a powerful and emotionally charged musical drama written by Willy Russell. Directed by Sixth Form students, this production explores themes of class, fate, and identity through the story of twin brothers separated at birth—one raised in wealth, the other in poverty. As their lives intertwine in unexpected ways, the play builds to a gripping and tragic climax. With compelling performances and a strong social message, this student-led rendition promises to be both thought-provoking and memorable.
