The game is the fun part, the goal is to raise awareness in mental health struggles and to remove the stigma that some people have around seeing mental health as a weakness. The real weakness is not seeking help. #ITSOKAYTOTALK

Andy's Man Club do a fantastic job in trying to prevent suicide in men. They offer free to attend peer-to-peer support groups across the UK and online. They, as do we, want to remove the stigma surrounding men's mental health and help men through the power of conversation.
