Practice Nurse Network Meeting: Care Planning - Part 1
Please join us for the next Practice Nurse Network event: Care Planning - Part 1. Our guest speaker Ros Rolleston will cover Professional Nursing Practice, Medicare Guidelines and MBS Billing.
Ros is a Nurse Educator and Facilitator with experience in general practice, person centred care planning, nurse led care and is currently leading ASHM’s national Hepatitis C project for general practice.
Ros trained in the hospital system and has studied a Bachelor of Health Science, Graduate Certificate in Mental Health, Master of Nursing and Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. Ros has developed and delivered person centred care planning education for organisations such as the Improvement Foundation, ASHM, PHNs, Reed Medical and APNA.
Learning Objectives
Learning objectives of this session will be to increase your knowledge of:
- The role of the NMBA codes and guidelines for nurses in general practice.
- Interpreting Medicare guidelines for CDM.
- The nurse's responsibilities in MBS billing.
- How to find information related to CDM.
