ACH2 2021 SCIENTIFIC WORKSHOP
The ACH2 Scientific Workshop 2021 will be delivered in a hybrid event format, combining an in-person conference experience with a virtual component. A hybrid conference is a new, innovative way of conferencing to learn, connect and network where delegates can attend either in person or online.
The workshop will be conducted in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, encouraging productive discussions with presentations mainly from post-docs, PhD students and research staff.
Sessions will be held with papers being presented on a thematic basis with presentations from national guests and papers of interest to all hepatitis and HIV researchers. All sessions will be live-streamed and encourage interactive Q&A discussions and virtual engagement.
HIV, hepatitis, HTLV-1 and co-infection topics will include:
- Genomics
- Methods and diagnostic assays
- Microbicides
- Persistence and latency
- Replication
- Therapies and drug resistance
- Vaccines
- Virus and host cell interactions
