Phillip Island Business Network received State Government funding for the provision of Customised Professional Development Training, an exciting workshop opportunity is open to our members.
In support of your feedback as local business owners, this face-to-face training has been developed for participants that are primarily, front of house staff who may have dealt with anti-social behaviours in visitors to the region. Have your staff experienced confronting challenges regarding covid principles, capacity challenges, or general aggressive behaviour?
This training aims to provide the participants with a skill set that will support them so they can identify ways to diffuse these situations. This training will incorporate specific examples/scenarios from various client groups with your assistance.
Covering interpersonal communication skills, non-verbal cues, risk management, and self-awareness, this program uses experiential and theoretical learning providing strategies to deal with a range of disruptive and difficult behaviours. Furthermore, this program covers the early interventions that may defuse disruptive situations early and prevent escalation.
Participants will receive a certificate of attendance.
