The Place of Hope in our Work
What is hope and how important is it in our work? The Covid pandemic has shifted our world and it still hasn’t settled into whatever it will be. Does uncertainty and the fear that can come with not knowing rob us of hope? These questions and more will be looked at and the process of how we can best engender hope explored. It will be based on several therapeutic approaches such as social constructivism, solution focused and narrative therapy with an overlay of the strength’s perspective.
