Plato’s Republic – A True Masterpiece
Plato’s Republic is arguably the most influential work in the history of Western political philosophy. The fundamental elements that will ensure happiness – both for the individual and for society – are carefully and systematically explored. In this session we will follow Plato and Socrates as they address questions such as What is justice? What is the role of education? Censorship? Women? Morality? Not only does he explore the nature of society, but the nature of the individual and the true nature of the entire creation. A true masterpiece!
