In this workshop we get into the detail of the adjustments needed to our daily nutrition as we navigate peri-menopause and menopause - to help us feel better and to mitigate a lot of symptoms of menopause that aren’t so great.
We'll also dive deeper on how to train smarter, with more examples of what exercises are best & how to structure sessions. Plus provide practical suggestions about eating to train and recover better.
