Glen Eira City Council Yarning Circles 2022
Glen Eira City Council in partnership with the Department of Education and Training and Glen Education are hosting the final Yarning Circle for early years educators in our community.
Stephanie Briggs, Koorie Engagement Support Officer (KESO) DET, will facilitate the session, offering participants the opportunity to come together to share stories to further support their understanding of Koorie culture, history and experience.
The Yarning Circles align with the Early Years Learning Framework and form a key commitment in the Marrung: Aboriginal Education Plan, which is a 10-year Plan to support outcomes for Koorie learners across all educational settings.
If you are are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms, including a fever; chills or sweats; cough; sore throat; shortness of breath; runny nose or loss; or change in sense of taste or smell — however mild, do not attend.
