Learn how to make your own fermented vegetables at this hands-on workshop. Your presenters will take you through the theory & practice of different methods of fermenting seasonal produce. Participants will make one 2L jar of ferments to take home with the knowledge of how to make more & how to incorporate them into your daily diet.Participants will also learn how to make Kombucha & will take home a starter SCOBY. There will also be a variety of fermented food & drinks to taste. Cost $150pp
