Allow me to share this dynamic and energising form of yoga which synchronises movement and breath to create a calm, steady mind. Ashtanga yoga is for everyone and can be adapted to different ages, body types, and health needs.During this 4 week course, you will be gently and safely guided, step by step, through the first half of the Ashtanga Yoga primary series.
Each class will build on the previous and include:
- Clear explanations of each posture for proper alignment
- Building strength to develop your practice
- Personalised assistance to progress into new postures
- Increasing awareness of the breath during movement
