All Aboard Skateboarding Session Come and Try Ages 13-18

Please join us for an opportunity to come and learn the basics of skateboarding with accredited skate Australia coaches. Beginners and regular skaters welcome. This session is suitable for those aged 13-18.
The Victorian Skateboarding Association and Active Communities are welcoming kids aged 5-18 to come and learn the basics of skating and gaining confidence on a skateboard. No equipment needed, all skateboards, helmets and protective equipment will be provided. Beginners and regular skaters welcome to join.
The All Aboard Skateboarding Sessions was founded by the VSA is 2014 and has since become the largest skateboarding development program in Australia. It is run by YMCA Action Sports at skate parks and in schools across Australia.
All Aboard runs inclusive and accessible skateboarding workshops that provide children and young people the opportunity to learn and build skills in skateboarding. Our workshops are led by experienced instructors to create a fun environment that involves games with a social focus.
Terms and Conditions
1. No ticket – no admittance.
2. Please do not attend session if you have flu or fever like symptoms.
3. If post-injury please obtain medical clearance from doctor before attending.
4. Be mindful that these sessions are outdoors, be prepared for cooler training conditions.
5. No more than 25 participants.
6. Please register for each session.
7. Please bring your own drink bottle.
8. Runners/skate shoes/ comfortable footwear reccomended.
9. Participants must be aged 13-18 years of age for this session.
10. Participants aged 5-15 years of aged MUST be supervised by a parent or gardian for the duration of the event.
11. Advise instructor if a current injury may prevent them performing such movements safely.
12. Registration to this program is a first in, best dressed process. Should you need to cancel your spot please do so prior so another can come off wait list.
13. For risk, health and safety measures, we are required to record full name, phone and email of all participants. This information will be used to develop a community database for future programs with Active Monash.
14. You agree that outdoor programs are in a public place and you agree to undertake at your own risk based on your knowledge of your own limitations. Council is not liable for any potential damages.
