How do YOU define SUCCESS in business
We would love to invite all small and micro businesswomen to this opportunity to meet together, network, learn and be inspired to run a business that aligns with each woman’s values and priorities. To do this, we are running a two-part series of events just for the small businesswoman and would love you to join us. So, now to the first topic, “How do YOU define success in business?”
When people enquire about our success as businesswoman, we tend to reach for the balance sheet. Making stuttering apologies and disclaimers if the financial rewards are not obvious.
But the real question is “How do you define success?” And the best way to answer that is to return to your WHY; why did you get into business? In addition, to generating income it was often for flexibility, balancing family demands, autonomy, passion, creativity or to make a difference.
How are we measuring these elements? And what are we telling ourselves about our value and achievements?
