Sessions designed by Perth Running Club's Head Coach, Sarah Jamieson, triple Olympian & Commonwealth Games silver medalist.
The term will focus on run technique, speed & endurance and those preparing for INTERSCHOOL ATHLETICS will be trained separately & specifically for the carnival on Monday November 3.

These sessions are for those who are serious about improving. Numbers into the program are limited. Disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated. Parents will be notified if coaches are having to repeatedly ask a child to behave.
