For us human beings it is not difficult to be distracted, overwhelmed and lose sight of a deeper reality; the ever present background, the silence, the vastness, the emptiness. Guided by Wu Wei the art of acting in a non-forcing, subtle, hardly noticeable way, Awareness Play is an experiential and light-hearted process. It integrates spontaneous group interactions, awareness of feelings, creative role-play and the systemic wisdom of Family Constellation. Merging these approaches provides an opportunity for personal insights, a change in perspectives and greater harmony between people and within the self.

The workshop is limited to 16 participants.
