Married to Marjorie – 53 Years, 2 children, 7 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
I have been a street counsellor without realising it for many years before completing my diploma in 2016.
53 years supporting returned service members and listening to the memories of their lived experiences,
A victim and my involvement with Queensland Homicide Victims of Crime Support Group,
One day being able-bodied the next disabled, confined to a wheelchair for the rest of my life,
and working within the community has shaped "Who I am today".
My passion is advocating for people whose voices remain unheard and sharing my lived experiences with my fellow counselling colleagues to help shape a better World.
