The Seeing Body

To be truly seen is one of the quiet sacred gifts of being alive. So often we use our eyes for the simple movements of daily life, moving through the ordinary rhythms of our days. 

A body seeing can soften our eyes, allow one to pause, notice, and meet the world with a fresh perspective.  How does one receive a 360 degree view of life, whilst having the courage to relate to self and others. 

This weekend immersion holds a special invite for dancers to discover what it means to wholeheartedly see and be seen. How to behold a sense of reverence, spaciousness and acceptance of both ourselves and our fellow humans. 

Using the wisdom of the body as a guide and simple movement rituals to hold us, this weekend immersion is an opportunity to practise the art of simply seeing and being seen.   We will combine Soul Motion conscious movement principles, deep body listening and creative enquiry to weave and wonder through the mystery and mastery of the eyes of a dancer. 

Come with your body and soul as you are, no dance experience needed. Your life wisdom is wholly and worthy of being remembered, shared and held.
