These Fit For Sport Speed & Agility Clinics run for 90 minutes and are split into 2 age groups 4pm to 5.30pm for ages 9 to 11 and 5.30pm to 7pm for ages 12 +.
No matter what position you play if you are looking to improve your court movement, fitness and agility as well as have fun and make new friends this clinic is for you!
