This week we're giving the sewing machines a break and making flowers out of pipe cleaners. One of our talented volunteers has been working on these delightful arrangements, perfect as a gift to cheer up someone in hospital or an aged care home (no water required!), or to brighten a dull corner now that winter is here. All the non sewists out there can sit back and enjoy this make and time to chat together. Materials supplied, however, bring a small vase or jar to put your arrangement in. $5 fee helps keep Thread Shed running.
