It takes great courage to enter life from the truth of our own experience, to move with clarity in a world that sometimes seems chaotic and confused.
In this weekend immersion we will explore and experience the unique place we each inhabit, our Temenos. This is the psychic, physical, emotional and sacred space within and around us and is the place we move with and from in our daily lives.
Cultivating and attending to this refuge we move with can support the presence and vibrancy we take to every encounter. We discover and remember what rhythm truly feels like home with the playful practice of radiating from this space.
Using the wisdom of our bodies, creative enquiries, the richness of ritual and the Soul Motion conscious dance practice we will explore the essence of our sacred self and discover how to enter into the field of relating with curiosity and care.
Come with your body and soul as you are, no dance experience needed. Your life wisdom is wholly and worthy of being remembered, shared and held.
