PPIA Young Paranormal Investigators On-Site Workshop

We're excited to introduce the PPIA Young Paranormal Investigators On-Site Workshop—a unique educational experience designed specifically for young people aged 14–18.

Held at one of our historic locations, this 3-hour practical workshop gives participants the opportunity to learn the fundamentals of paranormal investigation from experienced investigators in a safe, supportive environment.

This is NOT a paranormal investigation or ghost tour. It is an educational workshop where participants will learn:

The history of the location and why it is significant.
Safety when Investigating - spiritual protections
How paranormal investigation equipment works and when to use it.
Audio recording and EVP techniques.
Photography, observation and evidence collection.
How to document and assess potential evidence.
Critical thinking and recognising natural explanations.
Ethics, safety and respectful conduct in heritage locations.

Participants will have the opportunity to use a range of paranormal investigation equipment under the guidance of experienced PPIA investigators in a hands-on learning environment.

Strictly limited to 20 participants

Parent & Guardian Information
To ensure the safety and wellbeing of all participants:

One parent or legal guardian must accompany each participant and will be admitted free of charge.
The parent or guardian must remain on-site for the entire workshop.
A parental consent and participation waiver must be completed prior to the workshop.
Participants will be expected to follow all safety instructions and treat the venue, equipment and fellow participants with respect.
This workshop is educational in nature and no paranormal experiences or activity can ever be guaranteed.

This workshop has been created to encourage curiosity, critical thinking, respect for history, and the responsible use of paranormal investigation equipment.
