Year 10 2027 Parent/Guardian Information Session

Dear Year 9 Parents and Guardians,

I warmly invite you to attend the Year 10 2027 Parent/Guardian Information Session.

Year 10 marks an exciting phase at Korowa, offering students the opportunity to broaden their studies beyond the core curriculum and begin considering potential VCE programs and future pathways beyond school.

In addition to hearing from me, the session will feature presentations from:

• Heads of Department
• Cath Freney, Student Futures Specialist and VET Coordinator

This session will cover:

• Key features of the Year 10 curriculum, including electives and VCE/VET options
• Elective offerings, including Accelerated subjects and;
• The subject selection process, including important key dates

Venue: Beatrice K Guyett Assembly Hall
