Join the Ballaarat Astronomical Society at the historic Ballarat Municipal Observatory for a special National Science Week evening under the stars on Tuesday the 18th of August 2026.
Experience telescope viewing, observatory tours, astronomy presentations, family activities and guided tours of the night sky.
Suitable for all ages.
• View the Universe through telescopes (Weather permitting).
• Explore one of Australia's oldest observatories.
• Meet local astronomers.
• Discover the wonders of the universe.
Date: Tuesday the 18th during National Science Week.
Time: 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm.
