Join us for a relaxed and informative antenatal education class designed to help you feel confident, prepared and supported as you approach birth and early parenthood.

Led by experienced midwives, our small-group classes provide practical, evidence-based education covering the final weeks of pregnancy, labour and birth, feeding, newborn care and the early postnatal period — with plenty of time to ask questions along the way.

Each booking is for the expectant parent and one support person.
