U16 West Maitland JRLFC Presentation Dinner 2026

Instead of our traditional presentation, we'll be celebrating the 2026 season with a two-course sit-down formal dinner at Club Maitland City.

It will be a fantastic opportunity for our players, coaches and families to come together and celebrate another incredible season.

Two-Course Dinner – Alternate Serve

Meals will be served on an alternate serve basis and cannot be individually selected when booking.

Entrée
Creamy bacon pasta
Garlic prawns with rice

Main
Char-grilled sirloin steak with mash & vegetables
Chicken breast with creamy garlic sauce, mash & vegetables

Please advise of any dietary requirements when booking.

Dress Code – Smart Casual

Guests are asked to dress smart casual. Registered players are required to wear their club polo and covered-in shoes.

Alcohol-Free Event

As this is a junior presentation, this will be an alcohol-free event.

Registered Players & Guest Tickets

Registered players attend free of charge and will receive a can of soft drink with their meal.

Guest tickets are $50 per person and include the two-course dinner. A ticket must be purchased for each guest attending. Payment is available via card, PayPal or Apple Pay.

Initial ticket sales are limited to 2 guests per registered player to ensure all parents/carers have the opportunity to attend. If capacity allows, a second release of additional guest tickets may be made available at a later date.

Younger Siblings

Where possible, we encourage families to make alternative arrangements for younger siblings.

Younger siblings who do attend do not require a ticket, however they will not be allocated a seat or provided with a meal or drink.

A Comfy Corner will be available with pencils and paper, and children are welcome to bring their own devices. Food can be purchased separately from the venue and brought to the Comfy Corner.
