Mums & Bubs Workshop

Join us for a relaxed, practical workshop designed to support mums through connection, education, and community.

Whether you're a first-time mum or adding another little love to your family, this is a space to learn, share, and feel supported alongside other local mums.

During the workshop you'll enjoy:
- Practical, natural wellness tips for mums and babies/kids
- A hands-on make-and-take session where you'll create simple support rollers for both mum and child/ren
- Real conversations about thriving in motherhood
- Tea, coffee, and a delicious charcuterie board
- Time to connect with other local mums in a welcoming, child-friendly environment
