About

The Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults (RCIA) is the journey through which adults are welcomed into the Catholic Church by receiving the Sacraments of Baptism, Confirmation, and the Eucharist. Whether you are just beginning to explore the Catholic faith or are ready to become Catholic, you are warmly invited to join.
The program is also open to baptised Catholics who have not yet received the Sacraments of First Holy Communion and Confirmation.

The RCIA program consists of 20 weekly sessions, held at St. Patrick's Catholic Parish Community Centre, Lilydale, commencing on Wednesday, 16 September 2026, at 7 pm. The journey will conclude with the Celebration of the Sacraments at the Easter Vigil Mass on Saturday, 27 March 2027.
