The celebrations don’t stop when the formalities finish! Head to The Secret Garden Bar for a fun-filled night with your Year 11 friends. Catch up, celebrate, and keep the party going into the early hours!

Important Information

Please note that this is a private event and is not an official SMGS function. Attendance is strictly limited to Year 11 SMGS students, and the guest list will be strictly enforced.

A valid student ID and ticket are required for entry.

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

To help everyone have a safe and enjoyable night, the following conditions apply:

• All attendees must provide their full name and an emergency contact when purchasing a ticket. This information will be collected by the Venue Manager and provided to security.
• Anyone arriving intoxicated or under the influence of drugs will not be permitted entry. They will be placed in a supervised waiting area until their emergency contact arrives.
• Emergency contacts must be available for the entire duration of the event and be prepared to attend the venue if contacted by venue management.
• Bag checks will be conducted upon entry. Any prohibited items may be confiscated and the attendee may be refused entry.
• No pass-outs are permitted. Once a student leaves the venue, they will not be permitted to re-enter.
• All students must be collected from the venue by 1:30am.
• The organisers will take all reasonable steps to promote the safety and wellbeing of everyone attending. However, once an attendee leaves the venue, their safety and wellbeing are no longer the responsibility of the organisers or venue staff.
