Meeniyan Primary School Presents our 2026 School Production.
When mysterious clues begin appearing across the globe, renowned naturalist Professor David Greenleaf assembles a team of young adventurers—the Mystery Rangers—to solve the greatest mystery on Earth.
Why are animals disappearing from their homes?
Joined by the lovable and accident-prone rescue dog Barkley, the brave Scout, inventive Finn, wildlife expert Wren, imaginative River, and Wren's tiny mushroom companions Toadie and Truffle, the team embarks on an unforgettable journey through Australia, Borneo, the Arctic, the Amazon and the Pacific Ocean.
At every destination, the Rangers expect to uncover a mysterious villain. Instead, they discover that the greatest challenges facing our planet aren't caused by monsters at all, but by the everyday choices people make. Along the way they encounter colourful animal characters, hilarious imaginary creatures, ingenious inventions, and the wise presence of Mother Earth, who helps them see the world in a new way.
As the mystery unfolds, the Rangers realise that while humans have contributed to many of the planet's environmental challenges, we also have the power to restore habitats, protect wildlife and build a more sustainable future. Their final discovery transforms the mysterious Extinction Shadow into the inspiring Hope Tree, reminding audiences that hope grows through knowledge, compassion and action.
