Paint for the Perkins

A fun night of painting, drinks, food and fundraising — all while supporting cancer research in WA!

Join us for Paint for the Perkins, a relaxed paint-and-sip style evening raising funds for the Harry Perkins Institute of Medical Research. The event is organised by riders from the Wheely Ambitious team, who will be taking on the gruelling 200km MACA ride to raise money for cancer research here in Western Australia.

What to expect

Come along to The Rowing Pavilion, 4 The Esplanade, Mount Pleasant, from 7pm–9pm. Nehal from Painting with Nehal will guide you through the painting session step by step. You can settle in from 5.30pm to have a chat with old and new friends, buy a drink and, if you're hungry, even buy some dinner before the painting session.

You don't need to be artistic or have any previous painting experience — everyone can do this! You'll be guided through the process and create your own unique artwork to take home at the end of the night.

All painting materials and artistic guidance are provided.

If you'd like, bring along an old T-shirt or apron to wear — just in case you get a little paint on yourself!
