Join us for a soul-soothing evening of gentle movement, deep rest and beautiful sound.
We’ll begin with Viv guiding you through gentle, mindful movement to help you release tension, soften the body and settle into the present moment.
From there, Aly will lead you into a deeply nurturing restorative yoga practice, creating space to slow down, breathe deeply and completely surrender into rest.
We’ll then finish with a beautiful sound journey with Viv, allowing the soothing sounds and vibrations to carry you into a state of deep relaxation and calm.
A light refreshment is also included, giving you a moment to nourish, connect and enjoy the peaceful energy of the evening.
Let go of the outside world and settle into a warm, supportive space where your only job is to receive, rest and reset.
