Cost: $120 per person (includes 3 course meal and soft drink) Please note: beer, wine and spirits are available for purchase at the bar.
Ticket limit: 3 per student
Important booking information:
It is advisable if people would like to be seated at the same table to note the table number and book at the same time. There are 12 seats per table.
If your child has any unused CSEF (Camps, Sports & Excursions Fund), SSB (School Saving Bonus), or other credits on your account, the College will review your account and process a refund to the same card used for purchasing a student ticket after ticket closing date. Maximum refund is $120 for cost of student ticket.
Please advise any dietary requirements when booking. Whilst some dishes are prepared with gluten/nut free products, we cannot guarantee 100% gluten/nut free as the dish is prepared in kitchens that also use gluten/nut products.
Graduation Hats can be purchased for students at an extra cost of $15. Although this is advisable, it is not mandatory.
To purchase graduation hats
- Select your table first. Do this by scrolling down PAST the Melrose Reception Floor plan. Select a table number and fill out guest details. Please use the full name of student in booking.
- Once at checkout, a pop-up box 'Your Cart' will appear. At the bottom of that box click >buy more tickets
- Select 1 graduation hat and follow the prompts, this will then be added to your cart
If you require extra tickets please email kiera.roberts@education.vic.gov.au and we will place you on a waiting list. Please note there may not be any further tickets available.
