About

Sable Studio 444 is bringing mat Pilates to Kerry Hall, and everyone is welcome, especially if you've never tried Pilates before. These sessions are beginner friendly, low pressure, and designed to be welcoming from the first class, so come as you are and let us guide you through it.

Each session focuses on gentle, foundational mat work, breath, core control, and mobility, at a pace that suits every body. Mats are provided, just bring water, comfortable clothing, and grippy socks if you have them.

Spots are limited per session, so grab yours early. Pricing is $35 standard, $25 for seniors and under 18s.
