Get Your Systems Right: Aligning Strategy, People and Technology is an intensive and interactive half-day workshop designed to help school leaders take a step back and think strategically about their systems environment. This isn't simply a technology conversation. It's about understanding your organisational strategy, operations and priorities first, so you can make better technology decisions with clarity and purpose.

Through a structured combination of presentation, facilitated group discussions and action planning, you'll apply the thinking directly to your own school context and leave with a clear framework for what you need to do, when and in what order to improve your school's system infrastructure. And best of all, there is an option to bring a team of three from your school, so you can all learn together, challenge assumptions, build shared understanding and develop an aligned action plan you can take back to school and start implementing. This isn't about high-level ideas. It's about clarity, priorities and tangible next steps.

This workshop is designed for school leaders involved in strategy, operations, systems and organisational change - including Principals, Business Directors, leaders of business and operational functions such as Enrolments, Marketing and HR, ICT/Digital and Systems leaders, and Project Leaders. You don't need to be an IT expert. Getting your systems right isn't simply an ICT responsibility - it's an organisation-wide conversation.
