Get ready for some exciting jazz and fusion arrangements at the debut performance of Jesse Drake's ensemble in quartet form!  

The Jesse Drake Quartet (formerly the Jesse Drake Trio) features four passionate young musicians from all over town, the Quartet met through their shared love of making music, and can't wait to share that love with you for their return by popular demand, to Rossco's Bar - now as a Quartet!

We had such a great time hosting our last Rossco's jam, we're doing it again. Everyone is welcome to come up and play no matter your experience, bring your instruments and friends for a great night!

We're here every Thursday for an evening of good vibes, delicious drinks, happy hour specials, your favourite pub grub with a middle eastern twist, and FREE LIVE JAZZ at Rossco's Bar, Noble Craft Distillers hosting some of Sydney's best emerging musical talent.

Meal Deal (Thu - Fri before 9pm): $25 Burger & Beer (or G&T). A traditional beef burger (or veggie, chicken or fish burger) plus hot chips, and beer or our signature gin and tonic, all for just $25.

Happy Hour (Thu – Fri, 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM): $7 beers, $8 house spirits, $12 wines, and $14 spritzes

Signature Cocktails: Passage to India (Noble Craft Vodka, pear liqueur, pineapple & pear purée, chilli, salt, cinnamon), classic Gin Martinis made with in-house spirits
