BUILDING CONFIDENCE IN MATHEMATICS—At Home and at School
When families and schools work together, children are more likely to develop confidence, resilience and positive attitudes towards mathematics.
MAWA’s School-Based Maths Workshops are practical, engaging sessions that help parents better understand how mathematics is taught today and how they can support their child’s learning through everyday conversations, games and real-life experiences. Rather than focusing on worksheets or “doing the homework”, our workshops empower families to build mathematical thinking in ways that are enjoyable, achievable and meaningful.
