About

Farm to Ferment x Grown for Students by Students workshop

ABOUT
Come get bubbly with Patrick of Farm to Ferment! Grown for Students by Students is teaming up with Patrick to run a fermentation workshop free for students!

In this workshop we'll explore the magical world of lacto-fermentation. You'll walk away with the confidence to ferment any veg or fruit at home and become microbial facilitators. Fermentation is an incredibly simple and effective process that not only preserves the abundant harvests, but increases nutrient bioavailability, contains multitudes of probiotic bacteria, and develops incredible flavours. The ultimate compliment to any meal, and your gut health! If you're a complete beginner, have dabbled in the world of bubbles, or are wanting to refine your craft. Farm to Ferment's workshops will meet you on your journey.

This workshop is supported by the UoM Health Promotion Program and UMSU Burnley.
