Women’s Connection Circle

About
Come as you are 💕
This women’s connection circle is a chance to step away from the busyness of everyday life, slow down and spend some time genuinely connecting with yourself and other women.
With the school holidays in full swing, think of this as a little pause in the middle of it all. A chance to step out of mum mode for an evening, take a breath and have some time that’s just for you.
There’ll be a short guided meditation, a guided EFT tapping session with Elizabeth Ball (@enbholisticcounsellor), some reflection and journaling, plus plenty of space for relaxed, genuine conversation and sharing. There is never any pressure to share more than you feel comfortable with.
This isn’t a coaching session and you don’t need to arrive with anything figured out. It’s simply a welcoming, confidential space to pause, connect and be heard.
WHAT TO BRING
Bring a journal, pen and water bottle. If you don’t have a journal or forget yours, I’ll have spares available.
A mat, bolster and blanket will be provided for you. You’re also very welcome to bring your own favourite cushion, blanket, eye mask or mat if that makes you more comfortable.
And on the subject of comfort… wear whatever you feel good in. Activewear, trackies, PJs, slippers, thongs, Ugg boots… all acceptable circle attire 😃 Shoes on or shoes off, completely up to you.
WHEN YOU ARRIVE
Arrive anytime from 7:00pm so you can get settled and make a tea. We’ll begin the circle at 7:15pm and finish at approximately 8:45pm. You’re welcome to stay afterwards for a chat until 9:30pm (optional).
There are a few parking spaces onsite, as well as plenty of street parking.
The venue is located on the service lane. When you arrive, walk up the left-hand side of the building towards the Waratah Room. You’ll see a sign as you walk up the driveway.
I can’t wait to welcome you.
Maxine 💕
