2027 Science and Performing Arts Tour Deposit

 

Important Information - Please Read Carefully Before Proceeding.

Payment of the initial deposit and travel insurance confirms your child's place on the tour. Once we receive these payments, the student will be considered committed to the tour and is therefore locked into participation, subject to meeting the behavioural expectations and standards required by the College.

Please note that this tour is non-refundable. Families should carefully consider their commitment prior to making payment. Any withdrawal from the tour after payment has been made will be subject to the terms and conditions of the tour provider.

Booking Instructions

• Please complete all required information accurately.

• One nominated parent/carer is to complete this booking and provide their contact details.

• The nominated parent/carer will become the primary contact for all future tour communications.

• Following payment of the initial deposit and travel insurance through this booking portal, all remaining tour payments will be managed directly through WorldStrides.

• Future correspondence regarding payments, travel arrangements and tour updates will be sent directly to the nominated parent/carer by WorldStrides.
